What is the main difference between face-to-face teaching and online teaching?

In my face-to-face sessions, I am accustomed to gently manipulating the bodies of my clients as I deem necessary. They simply have to focus on their breath-work. During the online sessions, more active listening and learning are required on the part of the clients. Essentially, the clients learning online will have to take more responsibility for their own learning.

Are your courses similar to those offered at the gym?

There are different ways to teach Pilates. In general, Pilates classes offered at a a fitness club are taught differently from how I would approach it. My courses are designed in a way where focus is placed on precision of movements as well as breath-work. I focus on ensuring that my clients make progress at their own pace. In that sense, these sessions are not performance-oriented. Rest assured that these low-impact courses will certainly challenge you to change for the better.

What to expect from my free trial session?

We will discuss your health goals so I can customise the exercises to your needs. We will put this into practice and take a few minutes for feedback at the end.
